PERSONAL TRAINING

My personal training approach starts with a movement assessment to understand your strengths and areas for improvement, then I’ll create a program tailored to your goals. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, move better, or improve overall fitness, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Sessions are flexible, and built for sustainable progress.

We’ll discuss your goals (performance, aesthetics, or overall health).

Your training history and current challenges.

STEP 1: CONSULTATION

This session sets the foundation for your program, tailored to your unique needs. We assess your movement patterns to identify strength imbalances, improve efficiency, and reduce injury risk.

Duration: 45 min session

STEP 2: MOVEMENT

Using the insights from your movement screening, I’ll design a custom program that aligns with your goals—whether performance, aesthetics, or both.

Ensures you feel healthier, stronger, and more confident while achieving results.
